ACR has successfully supported multiple clients and candidates through our Temporary to Permanent placement pathway.
This typically involves a 12-week block booking with a specific client, after which the candidate transfers to a permanent position at the start of week 13.
These placements are based on full-time roles (37.5 hours per week) and offer a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
