ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for passionate and motivated Qualified Nursery Practitioners, with a minimum Level 2 qualification and knowledge of the EYFS to join our successful team. You will be working in various childcare settings throughout Southam and surrounding areas offering a diverse and engaging work environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of a team to provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for the children, in line with the EYFS framework.
- Provide a wide variety of activities for the children.
- Maintain adequate standards of cleanliness and hygiene for the children, including changing nappies and toilet training where necessary.
- Perform domestic tasks within the nursery, such as cleansing equipment and keeping rooms clean and tidy.
- Stay updated with the Health and Safety at Work Act.
- Assist with serving the children’s lunches, respecting preferences, and adhering to allergy protocols.
- Ensure that all policies, procedures, and risk assessments are read, understood, and adhered to.
- Respect the confidentiality of all information received.
