Job Description

ACR Recruitment and Training LTD are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Nursery Nurse to join our client’s team in Warwick.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and activities tailored to individual and group needs in a safe and stimulating environment.
  • Familiarize yourself with and adhere to key nursery policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with practitioners to maintain high expectations for all children and support their full potential.
  • Address parent concerns promptly and accurately, ensuring management is informed when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Establish a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children feel confident and secure to learn.
  • Track children’s progress, plan for their individual needs, and share updates with parents.
  • Ensure the nursery is clean, safe, secure, and welcoming for children, families, staff, and visitors.

Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a childcare or nursery setting.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging environment for children.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with parents and colleagues.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere for children.

Key Details

  • Work Location: On-site in Warwick, Warwickshire.
  • Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts only (no weekend work).
