ACR Recruitment and Training LTD are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and motivated Nursery Nurse to join our client’s team in Warwick.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and activities tailored to individual and group needs in a safe and stimulating environment.
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to key nursery policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with practitioners to maintain high expectations for all children and support their full potential.
- Address parent concerns promptly and accurately, ensuring management is informed when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Establish a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children feel confident and secure to learn.
- Track children’s progress, plan for their individual needs, and share updates with parents.
- Ensure the nursery is clean, safe, secure, and welcoming for children, families, staff, and visitors.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a childcare or nursery setting.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging environment for children.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with parents and colleagues.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere for children.
Key Details
- Work Location: On-site in Warwick, Warwickshire.
- Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts only (no weekend work).
