We're Hiring Early Years Nursery Practitioners – Oldbury

At ACR, we’re currently looking for qualified early years practitioners to join our team for flexible & permanent work across a variety of nurseries. Whether you're looking for a few extra days each week, flexible work around family commitments, or your next permanent role, we have opportunities to suit you.
Role Details
- Location: Oldbury and surrounding areas
- Flexible Hours: Full days (minimum 8 hours)
- Working Days: Between Monday - Friday
- Pay: Up to £582.80 per week (including holiday pay). This is based on a 40-hour week.
- Work Type: Flexible bank work (block bookings, full-time, or part-time)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0–5 within the EYFS framework.
- Create safe, stimulating and inclusive environments
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
What We're Looking For:
You must meet one of the following:
- Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
- EYPS, EYTS, PGCE, or QTS with Early Years/EYFS experience OR
- At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience (employment or placement) with references
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one) is required
