Nursery Practitioners & Teaching Assistants – Rutland & Exton
We're seeking qualified, experienced Early Years professionals who deliver outstanding childcare.
Bank work: Flexible (Block bookings/Full-time/Part-time)
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Full days – 8 hours minimum, or PM shifts from 12 pm)
Salary: Up to £14.57 per hour (including holiday pay)
Contract: Ongoing contract, 3-5 days per week, guaranteed salary with minimum 3-day weekly commitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0–5 within the EYFS framework
- Maintain safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and nursery policies
What We're Looking For:
- Level 2+ in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
- School-based qualifications Level 2 or above TA (gained BEFORE 2014 only) EYPS, EYTS, PGCE & QTS - with Early Years/EYFS experience.
OR
- UK nursery or early years experience through employment or placement (minimum 4 months full-time - we will need references to prove this)
