Nursery Practitioners – Market Harborough
We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Early Years professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding childcare.
Role Details
- Location: Market Harborough and surrounding areas (Northamptonshire)
- Contract: Ongoing (3–5 days per week). Guaranteed salary with a minimum 3-day weekly commitment.
- Flexible Hours: Full days (minimum 8 hours)
- Between Monday and Friday
- Pay: Up to £582.80 per week (including holiday pay). This is based on a 40-hour week.
- Work Type: Flexible bank work

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0–5 within the EYFS framework.
- Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
What We're Looking For:
You must meet one of the following:
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
- EYPS, EYTS, PGCE, or QTS with Early Years/EYFS experience
