ACR Recruitment are seeking an experienced and passionate Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our client in Hatton, Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals dedicated to providing exceptional care and education for young children.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have one of the following qualifications:
- NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education
- BTEC National Diploma in Children's Care, Learning, and Development
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning, and Development
(Refer to the Department for Education’s Early Years Qualifications list for full details on required qualifications.)
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to teach various early years topics, including songs and rhymes
- Competence in observing and reporting on child development and progress
- Capability to collaborate effectively with other preschool staff, including Teaching Assistants and Nursery Managers
- Understanding the needs of young children, babies, and their parents
- Knowledge of childcare regulations and procedures
- Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check clearance
- Paediatric first aid certification from a recognised organisation (e.g., Red Cross or NHS)
Additional Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of UK-based childcare experience in a nursery setting is required.
- Due to the location of the client, a valid driver’s license is preferred.

- Level 2: £10.50 per hour
