ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a passionate and motivated Early Years Practitioner with Level 3 qualification in Childcare and substantial experience in managing busy nursery settings in Northampton. Candidates applying for this position should be available to cover Monday to Friday.
Nursery Qualification:
- Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (essential)
- Knowledge of EYFS
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring all aspects of the key persons role are maintained.
- Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, and external professionals, ensuring individual children’s needs are met.
- To ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times.
