ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for passionate and motivated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse , with a minimum Level 3 qualification and knowledge of the EYFS to join our successful team, working in Childcare settings throughout Peterborough.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Proven experience working in a nursery setting
- Experience in a Key Person role, demonstrating a strong understanding of individual child development and care needs
- Ability to work part-time or full-time (24-40 hours per week)
- Preferably First Aid trained (training can be provided if necessary)
- Excellent team player, contributing positively to a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating initiative and a passion for early childhood education
