ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are seeking a confident and dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 2 or 3 to join our successful team, working in childcare settings throughout Rugby. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality care and education to young children in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Supporting the learning and development of each child, tailoring activities to their needs.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Following safeguarding policies and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (required).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a UK-based nursery or childcare setting (required).
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (required).
- 2 references (one must be from your last employer).
- Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
- Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred).
Working Hours
- Nursery opening times: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Monday to Friday schedule, with flexitime available.
