About the Role
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a high-quality nursery in Warwick in recruiting three dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join their professional team.
This is an excellent opportunity for passionate Level 3 Early Years professionals seeking stable, permanent positions within a supportive nursery environment. A successful candidate would have the opportunity to progress. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding care and education for children aged 0–5.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Support children's learning, development, and well-being across all age groups
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Maintain accurate observations and assessments to track children's progress
- Work collaboratively as part of a professional nursery team
- Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
- Support daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive nursery culture
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised qualification)
- Previous nursery or early years experience (desirable)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Caring, professional, and reliable approach
- Commitment to delivering high-quality childcare
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
