Nursery Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to work for one of our clients in Stratford Upon Avon.

This is a full time position, earning upto £35,000.00pa.

Our ideal candidate will need to have a high level of enthusiasm and be committed to providing high-quality childcare for children and their families within the organisation.

You will also be required to have:

· A level 3 or higher Early Years Childcare qualification or equivalent

· At least 2 years working experience within a setting ideally at management level

· Good understanding of the latest EYFS

· Knowledge of nursery safeguarding policies and procedures

· Ability to manage, lead and mentor a team

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in partnership with parents/carers and other childcare professionals

Duties and responsibilities:

· Supporting the team to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, learn, and develop.

• To ensure the nursery complies with all relevant legislation, plus local authority and OFSTED requirements

• To ensure the provision is of the highest quality at all times and strives to attain the highest ratings such as
OFSTED “outstanding”

• To manage the nursery’s Quality programme

• To ensure that the nursery target occupancy levels are met

• Responsibility for the recruitment and overall management of all childcare and other staff.

• To ensure that staff adhere to nursery policies, objectives and code of conduct

• To ensure that first and foremost, safeguarding children and staff is our utmost priority.

CNC Lathe Operator/Setter

ACR Recruitment and Training ltd are currently recruiting for one of our Busy Engineering Client s located in Nuneaton, and we are looking for experienced CNC Lathe Setters, with the ability to operate and set CNC Lathes using Fanuc and Hass control working to 3-4 axis on twin turret machines.

Salary dependent on experience from £11.50 -£13.50 per hour availability to work on either day shifts or night shifts

Days shifts 7.30am -4.30pm Monday -Thursday and Friday 7.30am -1.30pm std 40 hrs

Nightshift 4.30pm-3am Mon – Thursday std 40 hrs. Opportunity to do overtime which is t1/3 after std 40 hrs during week and including Saturdays.

PCB Solderer

ACR recruitment and training are recruiting experienced electronic solderers for our client based in the Rugby area , easy commutable from Coventry, Nuneaton and Leamington spa.

This role is offered on a temp to permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will be soldering under a microscope therefore a high attention to detail is required. Will be responsible for running surface mount machine and the optical inspection system. MUST have a background in electronics/soldering training will be given if no experience in surface mount machines.

Hours: 37.5 week

Monday – Thursday 7am/ 8am – 4.45pm
Friday 8am to 12.00pm.

Mig Welder

ACR Recruitment and Training Ltd are looking to recruit a Mig Welder on behalf of our client based in Solihull.

The successful candidate will have proven experience and the ability to MIG production weld. You will be competent in carrying out welds from 10ml -15 ml thickness, welding mild steel brackets engines and pipes, ability to work from drawings. Our well established manufacturing client is looking to add additional Welders/fitters to their already extensive team.
