• Must have at least 1-year experience in a fresh food establishment at a Chef de Partie.
• Must have good food knowledge - Preparing, cooking and presenting in British & European cuisines.
• Managing and training any Demi-Chef de Parties or Commi chefs working with you.
• Driving licence is preferred as we are a destination venue with limited public transport.
