Chef de Partie – Warwick - up to £21,000 depending on experience,
ACR’s client is a traditional 4-star hotel which sits in the heart of historic Stratford-Upon-Avon. that is known for being a fantastic dining venue with A La Carte at the heart of its menu with a twist on some pub classics.
· Must have at least 1-year experience in a fresh food establishment at a Chef de Partie.
· Must have good food knowledge - Preparing, cooking and presenting.
· Managing and training any Demi-Chef de Parties or Commi chefs working with you.
· Driving licence is preferred as we are a destination venue with limited public transport.
